Jolly Futures has reached over half of the Districts in Ghana

In 2013, the first pilot study was conducted in 6 government schools in Mankranso district in the Ashanti region with excellent results. This led to other pilots in 2014 for about 10 districts. In 2016, there was a scale up for all Catholic state schools. This led to the attendance of the past Minister of Education and his delegates to attend the 2017 Jolly Phonics conference in the UK and further approval of a roll out for 116 out of the then 216 district state schools in the country. All of these district state schools have benefitted from the Jolly Futures donations generously donated by Jolly Learning, UK.
